7. I will provide you with market data on the home you choose and help you determine the best offer to make.

8. I will disclose material facts known about the property.

9. I will prepare an offer when you find a home and assist you in negotiations.

10.  I will prepare an estimate of cash required for the purchase.

11.  I will monitor the appraisal and loan approval process.

12.  I will help you inspect the property prior to closing.

13.  I will monitor progress toward closing and contact you weekly.

14.  I will stay in contact with the listing agent to make sure things proceed smoothly.

15.  I will do a final inspection of the property with you before closing.

16.  I will review the closing statement for you to make sure all costs are correct.

17.  I will attend closing with you.
